August 2013 - Dr. Devona E.G. Williams

Dr. Devona E.G. Williams
President and CEO
Goeins-‐Williams Associates, Inc.

NAWBO Delaware welcomes back Dr. Devona Williams, President, and CEO of Goeins-Williams Associates, Inc.

As a past president of NAWBO DE, we are thrilled to have her back in our membership. Goeins-Williams Associates, Inc. is a true testament on how to grow your business across the United States.

Devona started her business because she wanted freedom, independence and the opportunity to create and innovate. She rejoined NAWBO Delaware for business networking, the opportunity to fellowship with likeminded business women, and public policy advocacy for small businesses. When she is not running her business, she loves to spend time with her family, pursue creative opportunity, bicycling, volunteering and Zumba/Jazzercising.

Devona’s ideal business clients are organizations and individuals who want to improve their performance or meet a performance requirement.

Successful relationships, and applying her skills and talents to solve problems makes her happy! She enjoys contributing to the improvement of organizations and the quality of community and work life for individuals.

One of her fondest quotes is. . . . “Success is where preparation and opportunity meet. The world is your oyster and you are the pearl.

She recommends reading “Marketing without Money” by Tom Patty, just one of the collections of books in her business library.
